Education is a vehicle which drives the individuals and society in right direction. There is always a need of pioneering steps to be taken to uplift the level of education. One of such steps is the establishment of Islamia Group of Colleges (Degree College and College of Law) under IECS Deoband.
Established in 2002, IGC is the first private institute in the town to propagate the light of education not only in deoband but across the boundaries. Feeling the rising need of Higher education, for all community especially for girls, lack of educational resource and declining standard of education, initially group started with establishment of BA classes under Islamia Degree College Gradually various other professional courses were also added like B.Ed., D.El.Ed (B.T.C.), B.B.A., B.C.A. along with B.A.LL.B. & LL.B.
All the courses are job oriented based on the current need of the market and are provided at minimal affordable fee structure keeping in mind the financial state of students. Furthers fee reimbursement & scholarship assistance are also provided to the students through various state and National schemes.
The main object of the institution is to impart quality education to cater the ever changing needs of the society not only for character building & personal grooming but also to fulfill work place need of industries & service sector at local and global level both.
The vast campus of the institution spreading over 5 acres of land, build with high class infrastructure & equipped with modern amenities and technology. The campus is rich with lush green environment, Eco friendly equipments like 20kw solar power setup for uninterrupted electric supply and large spacious airy rooms etc. makes perfect learning environment.
We are also running study center for various courses on distance mode for Madarsa students and other Urdu medium students from Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hydrabad (A Central University established by an Act of parliament in 1998, Accredited with 'A' grade by NAAC) at very minimum fees. Courses offered under distance mode are B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., M.A. & M.Com.
